Wednesday, October 21st: 7:30 AM – 4 PM – Thursday, October 22nd: 7:30 AM – 12 PM

Goal: Develop RCA mastery by diving deeper into the Sologic RCA methodology while advancing your investigation and chart-building skills. This course can be customized to further meet the needs of Sologic (Parent Account).

• Dive deeper into cause and effect logic focusing on advanced interviewing techniques, evidence gathering, and investigating higher severity incidents
• Fill gaps in knowledge and ensure your team has developed mastery of the Sologic RCA process
• Utilize Causelink to its fullest capabilities including a deeper look into features that may be beneficial to your team
• Incorporate human and organizational performance principles to help understand how to better manage human error
• Promotes team building and bonding through role-playing real-life investigations with your team
• This course can be customized to include Sologic (Parent Account)-specific problems
• Recommended: Program Building Workshop – students will work through building their internal RCA program guided by a Sologic expert and will be given a final program guide to share with their team after training is complete
