Goal: Develop RCA mastery by diving deeper into the Sologic RCA methodology while advancing your investigation and chart-building skills. This course can be customized to further meet the needs of Sologic (Parent Account).
What will you learn in this training?
- Dive deeper into cause and effect logic focusing on advanced interviewing techniques, evidence gathering, and investigating higher severity incidents
- Fill gaps in knowledge and ensure your team has developed mastery of the Sologic RCA process
- Utilize Causelink to its fullest capabilities including a deeper look into features that may be beneficial to your team
- Incorporate human and organizational performance principles to help understand how to better manage human error
- Promotes team building and bonding through role-playing real-life investigations with your team
- This course can be customized to include Sologic (Parent Account)-specific problems
- Recommended: Program Building Workshop – students will work through building their internal RCA program guided by a Sologic expert and will be given a final program guide to share with their team after training is complete
