Cancellations:

If it is necessary to cancel your registration, it must be received 2 business days prior to the start of class to avoid a No Show fee. There are some exceptions, such as specialty classes, which require cancellation notification two weeks prior to the start date.

No Shows:

A No Show fee will be charged if a student is not seated at the designated start time.

No Show Fee:

Members: Half of the class fee

Non-Members: Full class fee

Late Policy:

Students arriving after the scheduled start time may not be admitted to the class and the No Show fee may be applied.

Inclement Weather:

If GLSTC cancels classes due to weather conditions, there will be no cancellation charge, and your company will be notified.
